As a consultant, I have worked with national nonprofit organizations in the United States and in South Africa to better understand their internal and external relationships. I also work with nonprofits to understand how to better support the LGBTQIA+ community. Specifically, two of my recent projects have included:

• Working with a national nonprofit in South Africa to explore how their grants are distributed. Based on my research, we found that the grants are missing parts of the country where there were low levels of internet access. I worked with the nonprofit to explore ways that they can provide additional supports to nonprofit organizations in these areas.
• Focus groups for a national nonprofit based in Massachusetts. I went to their national conference to meet with affiliate leadership and discuss their experiences. Based on these interviews, I provided short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals for the organization to help improve the relationship between the central and affiliate offices.
